1. About Us

This website is operated by Krishna Construction, a GST-registered proprietorship (Proprietor: Ankit Yadav), GSTIN 09BENPY6931A1Z3, with its registered office at Room No. 2, 2/264 Umashankar Road, Hazratganj, New Jaimau Colony, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226001, India.

2. Services and Products

We provide construction services and supply building materials (such as gitti, sariya / TMT steel, balu / sand and cement) and electrical products. Descriptions and images on this website are for general information and may differ slightly from the items delivered. Availability of any product or service is subject to confirmation by us.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All prices and quotations are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are indicative until confirmed by us in writing (including by WhatsApp or email).
• Prices of building materials can change with market conditions. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, or 7 days if no period is stated.
• Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged as per law. Transport, loading and unloading charges, if any, will be communicated before you confirm your order.

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it and, where applicable, receive the agreed advance or full payment.
• Online payments are made through Razorpay or Cashfree Payments. By paying, you also agree to the terms of the gateway you use. We do not store your payment credentials.
• For construction and project work, the payment schedule (advance, stage-wise and final payment) will be agreed in writing before work starts.
• We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a payment fails, in which case any amount received will be refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery and Site Work

• Delivery and completion timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, transport conditions, site access, material availability or other factors outside our control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, safe site access and, where required, permissions or approvals for construction work.
• Please inspect materials at the time of delivery and report any visible damage or shortage immediately, in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Warranty and Product Guarantees

Electrical products and appliances carry the manufacturer’s warranty, where offered, and warranty claims are handled as per the manufacturer’s terms. Construction work is carried out with reasonable skill and care; any workmanship warranty will be specified in the written agreement for that project.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krishna Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from delays outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

8. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, misuse its enquiry form or copy its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. All text, logos and images on this website belong to Krishna Construction or its licensors.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the revised terms.
